Diplomová práca sa zaoberá freelancingom a možnosťou uplatniť sa na trhu práce ako freelancer. Práca vymedzuje základné pojmy ako coworkingové centrum, virtuálny trh práce a trh talentov. Sú predstavené online platformy, na ktorých si profesionál hľadá projekty. Ďalej práca uvádza výhody a nevýhody freelancingu, jeho vývoj globálne a na území Českej republiky. Na študentoch Univerzity Palackého je prevedené dotazníkové šetrenie, ktorého cieľom je zistiť povedomie študentov o freelancingu a coworkingu. Na záver sú uvedené doporučenia pre začínajúcich freelancerov a analýza troch medzinárodných online platforiem.The focus of this Diploma thesis is freelancing and the possibility to assert yourself on labour market as a freelancer. The thesis determines basic terms like coworking centre, virtual labour market and talent market. There are presented online platforms for freelancers, advantages and disadvantages of freelancing, its global and local development in the thesis. On students attending University of Palacký was done a research about their knowledge about freelancing and coworking. In the end are presented some recommendations for freelancers and an analysis of three global online platforms for freelancers.
