Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem ISO 9001 a zavádění systému kvality. V první části je představena teorie, základní pojmy, historie a řízení kvality podle normy ISO 9001. V praktické části je představen konkrétní podnik, předmět podnikání a organizační struktura. Podle příslušných kapitol normy je proveden interní audit, který posuzuje aktuální stav firmy. Podnik uvažuje nad možností certifikace, a proto by práce měla sloužit jako úvodní příručka pro zavádění systému managementu. Cílem práce je tedy popsat stav, hodnocení a navrhnout příslušná doporučení pro budoucí implementaci.The thesis is about the ISO 9001 quality system implementation. The first part introduces the theory, basic concepts, history and quality control according to ISO 9001. There is a decription of concrete enterprise in a practical part, subject of business and organizational structure. Internal audit is implemented according to the relevant chapters of the standard and the current state of the company is described. The company is considering the possibility of certification, and therefore work should serve as an introductory guide for the implementation of the management system. The aim of this work is to describe the condition assessment and propose appropriate recommendations for future implementation.
