Bakalářská práce představuje přehled charakteristiky chůze u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Porovnává a prezentuje klasifikační systémy DMO. Obecná část seznamuje s možností vzniku DMO a s ní související příznaky. Představuje jednotlivé typy této nemoci. Součástí této práce bylo rozpoznání odlišných stupňů u různých forem z hlediska stereotypu chůze. Práce pojednává o podstatě problému chůze u takto postižených dětí od útlého věku až po dospělý věk. Mapuje výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých klasifikací. Zaměřuje se na odchylky od fyziologické chůze a porovnává vidění této problematiky v České republice a ve světě.This bachelor thesis presents an overview of the characteristics of the gait for children with cerebral palsy. It compares and presents the classification systems of the cerebral palsy. The general section introduces the possibility of the formation of cerebral palsy and its related symptoms. It also presents each type of this disease. Part of this thesis was also to recognize different degrees of different forms in terms of walking stereotype. The thesis also deals with the fundamental problem of the gait of the handicapped children from their early childhood up to the adult age. It also maps the advantages and disadvantages of different classification systems. It focuses on deviations from the physiological walk and compares the vision of this issue between the Czech republic and other parts of the world.
