Tato práce se zabývá vlivem dvou agroekologických opatření (úhoru a neošetřeného pásu plodiny) na společenstvo střevlíkovitých brouků (Carabidae) v polním ekosystému. Výzkum probíhal během roku 2011 na dvou polích na Vyškovsku. Cílem bylo zjistit, zda-li mají tato opatření pozitivní efekt na diverzitu a abundanci střevlíkovitých a jestli tato opatření poskytují vhodné prostředí i pro ohrožené druhy těchto brouků. Pomocí zemních pastí bez návnady bylo uloveno celkem 6523 exemplářů střevlíkovitých brouků ve 38 druzích. Nejpočetněji byly zastoupeny druhy Pterostichus melanarius, Poecilus cupreus, Pseudoophonus rufipes a Anchomenus dorsalis. Obě opatření měla pozitivní vliv na druhovou bohatost střevlíkovitých. Diverzita střevlíkovitých byla vždy vyšší v agroekologickém opatření než v poli. Na obou lokalitách byly zaznamenány i zvláště chráněné druhy. Zejména v úhoru byli přítomni prskavci rodu Brachinus. Mezi další zjištěné druhy patřili svižníci Cicindela germanica a velcí střevlíci Carabus violaceus a Carabus scheidleri.Presented bachelor thesis determines the influence of two distinct agroecological measures (fallow and cropper without special care) on ground beetles (Carabidae) in comparison to the field ecosystem. The research took place on two fields in Vyskov region in the year 2011. The main aims of the thesis are the search for potential positive effect of agroecological measures on diversity and abundance of ground beetles and determination of possibly positive role of measures on protected species of these beetles. Pitfall traps without the bait were used for capturing of 6523 ground beetles in total number of 38 species. The most abundant species were Pterostichus melanarius, Poecilus cupreus, Pseudoophonus rufipes and Anchomenus dorsalis. Both agroecological measures have positive effect on diversity of carabids. The diversity itself was always higher on agroecologicaly management part than in fields. Protected species were found on both agroecological locallities. Especially in the fallow were found some species of Brachinus. Other protected species were Cicindela germanica, Carabus violaceus and Carabus schneidleri.
