Tématem bakalářské diplomové práce je veřejná služba. Cílem práce je na základě teoretických východisek a analýzou získaných poznatků z praxe pražských městských částí vytvořit metodiku realizace veřejné služby v Městské části Praha 18. Předmětem zájmu teoretické části je vymezení problematiky veřejné služby v kontextu sociálního vyloučení, představení veřejné služby jako možného nástroje řešení hmotné nouze a teoretických hledisek její realizace. Předmětem zájmu v praktické části je metodou dotazování zjistit zkušenosti s organizováním a realizováním veřejné služby v městských částech Prahy. Výstupem celé práce je návrh doporučení v podobě metodiky realizace veřejné služby v Městské části Praha 18. Tato práce je určena jako podklad pro realizaci veřejné služby v Městské části Praha 18.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of public service. The target of this text is to formulate implementation methodic based on the knowledge and data analysis from the public service practice in Prague. This methodic will be used in the local institutions of Prague 18th. The subject in the theoretical part of the thesis is the problem of public service in connection to the social exclusion issues as well as the theory of public service. Public service is considered a mean of solving the problem of material poverty. The subject in the research part of the thesis is the questioning and document analysis targeted on the public service experience in practice in Prague. The outcome of the thesis will be the methodic of public service realization in the local part of Prague, Prague 18th. Thank to this bachelor thesis the public service in Prague 18th will come into practice.
