Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu karpálního tunelu. Teoretická část obsahuje anatomicko-morfologické poznámky, charakteristiku onemocnění, jeho diagnostiku a léčbu. Velká část je pak věnována ucelenému rehabilitačnímu plánu a postupu před i po operaci syndromu karpálního tunelu. V experimentální části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumán vliv konzervativní a operační léčby na stupeň závažnosti symptomů, funkční stav a bolest u pacientů se syndromem karpálního tunelu. Výsledky studie ukazují, že všechny tyto tři atributy- stupeň závažnosti symptomů, funkční stav i bolest jsou lepší u pacientů, kteří prodělali léčbu operační.This thesis deals with carpal tunnel syndrome. Theoretical part includes anatomical-morphological notes, characteristic of the disease, its diagnosis and treatment. A large part is devoted to comprehensive rehabilitation plan and process before and after surgery of carpal tunnel syndrome. In the experimental part, using a questionnaire survey investigated the influence conservative and surgical treatment on the severity of symptoms, functional status and pain in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. The study results show that all three of these attributes, the severity of symptoms, functional status and pain were better in patients who underwent surgical treatment.
