Tato diplomová práce pojednává o trestném činu opilství dle současné právní úpravy a s ním spojeným institutů actio libera in causa dolosa a culposa. Dále pak obsahuje historický vývoj tohoto trestného činu, jakož i komparaci české právní úpravy s úpravami zahraničními a návrhy právní úpravy de lege ferenda. Práce je zakončena závěrem a seznamem použité literatury.This diploma thesis is based on the offence of intoxication, its characteristics and similar measures according to the new penal code. The content of this work is a historical development of this offence and a comparison between the Czech penal code and the foreign penal codes. A few suggestions de lege ferenda are also to be found at the end of this thesis. The thesis will finish with a conclusion and a list of used literature.
