Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice týraných a zanedbávaných dětí, zejména syndromu CAN, a také sexuálnímu zneužívání dětí v podobě CSA. Tato práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska a diagnostiku celkové problematiky sexuálně zneužívaných a týraných dětí. Jednou z primárních oblastí, o které v práci hovořím, je represe, a také následná péče o oběti trestných činů. Za velice podstatnou pokládám problematiku prevence, která může pomoci těmto činům předcházet. Ze zmíněných patologických stavů vyplývá následná terapie a její další možnosti, na které se práce zaměřuje také. Jedna z kapitol se věnuje právní oblasti, kde se zmiňují důležité dokumenty související s těmito problémy, a také právní změny, které prošly historickým vývojem a nelze je opomenout. V závěrečné části zhodnocuji aktuální stav a prezentuji určitá doporučení formou návrhů pro dané oblasti, a to zejména z pohledu prevence a následné pomoci obětem.The dissertation deals with the issues of abused and neglected children, especially with the CAN syndrome, and with the sexual abuse of children in form of CSA. The paper focuses on theoretic ground and diagnostics of the whole issue of sexually abused and mistreated children. One of the primary topics of the paper is repression against the offenders and care of the victims of criminal acts. Great importance is ascribed to prevention that can contribute to the elimination of these negative phenomena. The described pathologic situations are the starting point of the following therapy and its possibilities that are also mentioned in the paper. One of the chapters deals with legal issues and mentions important documents connected with these problems. The author describes shortly changes in legislation and their historical evolution that cannot be omitted. In the final chapter the author analyses the current situation and presents some recommendations suggesting solutions in the given field, especially from the point of view of prevention and subsequent help to the victims.
