Diplomová práce pojednává o spolupráci francouzské ruffecské oblasti a české místní akční skupiny Pošumaví v rámci evropského programu Leader určeného na podporu rozvoje venkova. První dvě kapitoly tvoří základní charakteristiku zmíněných oblastí, třetí přináší pohled na počátky evropské zemědělské politiky, francouzské a české zemědělství a strategické plány ruffecské oblasti a Pošumaví. Poslední kapitola sleduje vývoj současných česko-francouzských partnerství, odkrývá počátky vztahů mezi ruffecskou oblastí a Pošumavím a navrhuje projekty vhodné pro budoucí společnou realizaci.The Master thesis deals with the collaboration between the Ruffec territory in France and the Czech local action group Pošumaví within the framework of the European Program Leader which is aimed to support the rural development. The first and the second chapter describe these two territories. The third one is more specialized and presents the launching of the European common agricultural policy, the Czech and French agriculture, and the strategic plans of the Ruffec territory and the LAG Pošumaví. The last chapter follows up the contemporary partnership of France and the Czech Republic as well as the beginning of the relation between the Ruffec territory and the LAG Pošumaví. It also proposes the plans related to the future common implementation.
