Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzdělávání seniorů. Zachycuje vývoj a aktuální situaci v dané oblasti. Shrnuje teoretické poznatky z pohledu gerontagogiky a gerontologie, analyzuje vzdělávání ve vztahu k seniorskému věku, jeho význam, specifika a funkce, které plní. Empirická část práce vychází z analýzy výzkumu, který je orientován k problematice vzdělávacích a zájmových aktivit seniorů v domovech důchodců. Mapuje jejich postoje ke vzdělávání a zájem dále se vzdělávat.This thesis is focused on the issue of third age education. It records a development and current sittuation of the relevant area. It summaries theoretical beckround from the view of gerontogogics and gerontology, analyes education in relation to the senior age, its importace, specific points and functions. The empirical part of the work results from the analysis of research. The resarch is orientated to problems concerning educational and free-time activities for the eldely in the aged-persons homes. Thesis survey their attitudes towards education and their interest in further training.
