Hlavním cílem této práce je na základě rešerše informací shrnout, jaké nejen rehabilitační postupy snižují riziko luxace kyčelního kloubu u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou, pro koho je prevence vhodná či důležitá a kdy s ní začít. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o dětské mozkové obrně, kyčelním kloubu a mechanismu jeho luxace. Popsána jsou také vyšetření, které by měly děti s DMO podstoupit. Práce obsahuje popis terapeutických postupů vhodných pro děti sDMO srizikem rozvinutí luxace, jako jsou vertikalizační stojany, Vojtova reflexní lokomoce, Bobath koncept, hipoterapie a botulotoxin. Zmíněny jsou také ortopedické a operační možnosti. V praktické části práce je kazuistika chlapce s DMO, u kterého se objevily obtíže s kyčelními klouby.Using a review of existing information, the thesis primarily aims to summarise various rehabilitative procedures used to reduce the risk of hip dislocation in children with cerebral palsy, patients eligible for such preventive measures, and when to start them. The theoretical part of the thesis contains basic information about cerebral palsy, the hip joint, and its dislocation mechanism. Furthermore, examinations to be performed in children suffering from CP are described. The thesis also describes therapeutic procedures suitable for children with CP at risk of developing dislocation, such as standing frames, Vojta therapy, Bobath concept, hippotherapy, and botulinum toxin. Last but not least, orthopaedic and surgical options are also discussed. The practical part of the thesis provides a case report of a boy suffering from CP who experienced difficulties with his hip joints.
