Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zjistit a popsat, jak nahlíží na výkon své rodičovské role osoby bez přístřeší. Jak komentují a chápou svou rodičovskou roli. První kapitola je věnována rodičovství a základním funkcím rodiny. Druhá kapitola vymezuje základní legislativu v České republice v návaznosti na rozpad rodiny. Kapitola popisuje práva a povinnosti rodičů při společném soužití, ale zaměřuje se také na rozpad rodiny a legislativní rámec. Třetí kapitola je věnována fenoménu bezdomovectví. Jev je nejprve definován obecně, následně se práce věnuje již specifice bezdomovectví žen a můžu. Objektivním i subjektivním důvodům bezdomovectví. Je vymezeno také úskalí péče o dítě v případě bezdomovectví rodičů. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje sociální práci s osobami bez přístřeší v kontextu rodičovství, a to na obecních úřadech a v sociálních službách. Teoreticky je vymezena také sociálně-právní ochrana dětí v kontextu nefunkčních rodin a sociální práce s nimi. Výzkumná část je tvořena kvalitativním výzkumem. Metoda byla zvolena, protože je nejvhodnější vzhledem ke stanovenému cíli práce. Prostředkem k získání dat byl kvalitativní rozhovor. Doplňkovou metodou pro získání dat bylo zúčastněné pozorování. Celkem bylo uskutečněno pět rozhovorů. Cílem výzkumu bylo porozumět a popsat, jak nahlíží na výkon své rodičovské role osoby bez přístřeší. Jak komentují a chápou svou rodičovskou roli. Diplomová práce může sloužit sociálním pracovníkům a pracovníkům v sociálních službách pracujícím s osobami bez přístřeší k pochopení motivace, kterou mohou být děti uživatelů služeb.The aim of my thesis was to find out and describe how homeless people view the performance of their parental role. How they comment and understand their parental role. The first chapter is devoted to parenthood and the basic functions of the family. The second chapter defines the basic legislation in the Czech Republic in relation to family breakdown. The chapter describes the rights and obligations of parents in cohabitation, but also focuses on family breakdown and the legislative framework. The third chapter is devoted to the phenomenon of homelessness. The phenomenon is first defined in general, then the thesis focuses on the specifics of homelessness of women and men. The objective and subjective reasons for homelessness. It is also defined the difficulties of child care in case of homelessness of parents. The last chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to social work with homeless people in the context of parenthood, both in local authorities and in social services. The theoretical section also defines social protection of children in the context of dysfunctional families and social work with them. The research part consists of qualitative research. The method has been chosen because it is the most appropriate in relation to the stated aim of the thesis. The means of obtaining the data was a qualitative interview. Participant observation was an additional method for obtaining data. A total of five interviews were conducted. The aim of the research was to understand and describe how homeless people view the performance of their parenting role. How they comment and understand their parenting role. This thesis can be used by social workers and social service workers working with homeless people to understand the motivations that service users' children may have.
