(191 026 znaků) : tab. -- Ved. práce Pavlína Jurníčková. -- Oponent Nataša Matulayová. -- Abstrakt: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím přístupu rodinných konferencí v práci s osobami s mentálním postižením, respektive s rodinami osob s mentálním postižením. Cílem bylo zjistit, zdali rodiče osob s mentálním postižením vnímají tento přístup jako užitečný. První kapitola této práce pojednává o osobách s mentálním postižením a o jejich rodinách, jaké formy pomoci jsou těmto rodinám nabízeny, s čím se tyto rodiny potýkají, a jaké mají potřeby. Další kapitola popisuje přístup rodinných konferencí, kde jsou popsány fáze RK a aktéři tohoto přístupu, a pak využití a smysl rodinných konferencí. V empirické části je nejprve popsána metodologie výzkumu, přičemž pro výzkum byla zvolena metoda kvalitativních rozhovorů s rodiči osob s mentálním postižením. Empirická část dále obsahuje popis identifikovaných dat, ze kterých pak byly vytvořeny typy rodinných strategií v zajištění péče o osobu s mentálním postižením. Na závěr jsou shrnuty výsledky a odpovězeny výzkumné otázky.. -- Abstrakt: This diploma thesis deals with the use of the family conference approach in working with people with intellectual disability, or with the families of people with intellectual disability. The aim was to find out whether parents of people with intellectual disability perceive this approach as useful. The first chapter of this thesis deals with people with intellectual disability and their families, what forms of help are offered to these families, what these families face with, and what their needs are. The next chapter describes the approach of family conferences, which describes the phases of the FC and the actors of this approach, and then the use and meaning of family conferences. The empirical part first describes the research methodology, while the method of qualitative interviews with parents of people with mental disabilities was chosen for the research. The empirical part also contains a description of the identified data, from which were created the types of family strategies in providing care for a person with an intellectual disability. Finally, the results are summarized, and research questions are answered.
