Bakalářská diplomová práce se zaměřuje na renesanční architekturu města Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí z období druhé poloviny 16. století. Stručně se zabývá a shrnuje historii rodu Syrakovských z Pěrkova a následně nastíní historii a vývoj renesančního zámku s kostelem sv. Jana Křtitele, jejichž společnými objednavateli byl rod Syrakovských. Práce se také zabývá účastí italských kameníků a stavitelů na obou historických objektech. Hlavním cílem práce je srovnání architektonické podoby dříve dokončeného, výhradně renesančního zámku a později přestavěného kostela sv. Jana Křtitele obsahující renesanční prvky přechodného slohuThe bachelor thesis is focused on Renaissance architecture of the village of Stará Ves nad Ondřejnicí from the period of the second half of 16th century. The thesis briefly covers and summarizes the history of Syrakovský of Pěrkov family. Then, the history and development of the Renaissance chateau with church of Saint John the Baptist, of which the Syrakovský family was the ordering party, is outlined. The thesis also covers the participation of Italian craftsmen and builders in both buildings. The main aim of the thesis is to compare the architectural form of the previously completed solely Renaissance chateau with the later-rebuilt church of Saint John the Baptist containing Renaissance features of transitional style
