Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice fotbalových chuligánů, a to konkrétně v oblasti Nizozemska a České republiky. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá obecnou historií a vznikem fotbalového chuligánství, zejména pak vlivům z Anglie, kde tento fenomén vznikl. Dále popisuje zásadní historické, někdy tragické, události v oblasti fotbalového chuligánství. Druhá kapitola je věnována historii a vzniku chuligánství v Nizozemsku a pracuje s literaturou nizozemských autorů. Do Nizozemska se tato násilnická kultura dostala zejména z Anglie. Zvlášť po incidentu z roku 1974, kdy se mezi sebou střetli fanoušci Feyenoordu a Tottenhamu. Většinu nizozemské společnosti tato událost šokovala, avšak našli se tací, především mezi mladými muži, kterým se tato násilnická kultura zalíbila a vytvořili v Nizozemsku první tvrdá jádra. Třetí kapitola obsahuje historii a vznik chuligánů v České republice. Vznik fotbalového násilí byl v České republice ovlivněn především nástupem komunismu v roce 1948. Fotbaloví fanoušci poté viděli projevy násilí na fotbalových stadionech jako formu protestu proti přísné komunistické vládě. Dále kapitola popisuje některé vážnější incidenty způsobené radikálními fanoušky. Čtvrtá kapitola porovnává historická fakta a okolnosti vzniku chuligánské kultury v obou zemích. Na základě internetových zdrojů popisuje nechvalně proslulá tvrdá jádra chuligánů jak v Nizozemsku, tak v České republice. Kapitolu uzavírá výklad různých opatření, které obě země zavedly, a trestů, které chuligánům udělují, aby předešly násilí na fotbalových stadionech.This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the issue of football hooligans, specifically in the area of the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the general history and origins of football hooliganism, especially the influences from England where the phenomenon originated. It then describes the major historical, sometimes tragic, events in the field of football hooliganism. The second chapter is devoted to the history and emergence of hooliganism in the Netherlands, working with literature by Dutch authors. This violent culture came to the Netherlands mainly from England. Especially after the 1974 incident when Feyenoord and Tottenham fans clashed with each other. Most of Dutch society was shocked by this incident, but there were those, especially among young men, who took a liking to this violent culture and formed the first radical groups in the Netherlands. The third chapter contains the history and emergence of hooligans in the Czech Republic. The emergence of football violence in the Czech Republic was mainly influenced by the onset of communism in 1948. The football fans then saw acts of violence in football stadiums as a form of protest against the strict communist government. Next, the chapter describes some of the more serious incidents caused by radical fans. The fourth chapter compares the historical facts and circumstances of the emergence of hooligan culture in both countries. Based on Internet sources, it describes the infamous radical hooligans in both the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. The chapter concludes with an explanation of the different measures both countries have introduced and the punishments they impose on hooligans to prevent violence in football stadiums.
