Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá způsobem práce s dětskými klienty ve Středisku výchovné péče Svitavska Alfa a principy respektujícího přístupu. V praktické části je popsán podrobněji systém práce s dětmi, je zachycen průběh a řešení různých situací. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda je možné při práci s dětmi uplatnit respektující přístup.The bachelor's thesis deals in the theoretical part with the way of working with children's clients in the center of educational care Alfa Svitavy and the principles of respectful approach.
