Bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením cytokininových hladin v rostlině Ceratotheca triloba pěstované v Jihoafrické republice, u které byl její růst ovlivněn vodním režimem v různých časových intervalech. Cytokininy a jejich metabolity byly separovány a stanoveny pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie v zapojení s tandemovou hmotnostní spektrometrií.This thesis is focused on determination of cytokinin levels in Ceratotheca triloba cultivated in the Republic of South Africa whilst its growth was influenced by differences in watering frequency. Cytokinins and their metabolites were separated and determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry.
