Tématem diplomové práce je svoboda projevu soudců, kde se autorka zaměřuje především na právní úpravu v oblasti ústavního práva, jenž se týká svobody projevu, konkrétně svobody projevu soudců jako jednu ze stěžejních základních zásad člověka. Práce je strukturovaná do pěti kapitol. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny pojmy svoboda, projev, svoboda projevu a její zakotvení na Ústavní a mezinárodní úrovni. Druhá kapitola se věnuje obecným mezím svobody projevu. V podkapitolách jsou vymezeny subjekty této svobody a meze stanovené Listinou základních práv a svobod a Úmluvou. Třetí kapitola přibližuje problematiku svobody projevu soudců a věnuje se vlivu statusu autora sdělení. Čtvrtá kapitola diplomové práce obsahuje meze svobody projevu a konkrétní omezení v judikatuře. V poslední kapitole se autorka věnuje problematice úpravy mezí svobody projevu a snaží se vymezit možné způsoby úpravy v České republice do budoucna.The topic of the diploma thesis is the freedom of speech of judges, where the author focuses mainly on legislation in constitutional law, which concerns freedom of expression, specifically freedom of speech of judges as one of the fundamental principles of man. The work is structured into five chapters. The first chapter defines the concepts of freedom, expression, freedom of expression and its anchoring at the Constitutional and international levels. The second chapter deals with the general limits of freedom of expression. The subchapters define the subjects of this freedom and the limits set by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and the Convention. The third chapter describes the issue of the freedom of speech of judges and deals with the influence of the status of the author of the communication. The fourth chapter of the thesis contains the limits of freedom of expression and specific restrictions in case law. In the last chapter, the author deals with the issue of adjusting the limits of freedom of speech and tries to define possible ways of adjusting the limits in the Czech Republic for the future.
