Práce se zabývá preferencemi pacientů hospitalizovaných v Psychiatrické léčebně ve Šternberku. Jedná se o pohybové aktivity, které jsou součástí volnočasových aktivit, které v léčebně probíhají pod odborným vedením. Teoretická část mapuje průřezová témata v souvislosti s duševním onemocněním, ucelenou rehabilitací a strategiemi na reformu psychiatrické péče v České republice. Speciální kapitola je věnována Psychiatrické léčebně ve Šternberku. Praktická část vyhodnocuje preference pacientů technikou párového srovnávání, nabízí databázi pohybových aktivit realizovaných v rámci volnočasových aktivit v Psychiatrické léčebně ve Šternberku a odpovídá na stanovené výzkumné otázky z oblasti pohybových aktivit a duševního onemocnění.This thesis is concerned with the preferences of patients hospitalized in the Šternberk Psychiatric hospital. More specifically, it is centred around the physical and leisure time activities taking place in the hospital under specialized supervision. The theoretical part of this thesis maps the most important topics connected with mental illnesses, comprehensive rehabilitation and strategies that aim to reform the psychiatric healthcare in the Czech Republic. A special chapter is dedicated to the Šternberk Psychiatric hospital. The practical part evaluates the preferences of the hospital's patients with the use of the paired comparison method and proposes a database of physical activity that is realized during the leisure time activities in the Šternberk Psychiatric hospital. It also answers the research questions from the fields of movement activities and mental illness that are proposed by this thesis.
