V této práci se zabývám problematikou integrace žáka s diagnózou morbus Perthes ve školní tělesné výchově na běžném typu základní školy. Problematika úspěšné integrace je stále více kontroverzní téma. Na jedné straně legislativní podpora integrace žáků se speciálně vzdělávacími potřebami do běžných škol, na straně druhé nepřipravenost pedagogických pracovníků. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat vybrané determinanty ovlivňující integraci konkrétního žáka s diagnózou morbus Perthes (CLP) ve školní tělesné výchově. Vybrané determinanty: motorika, emoční reakce, životní styl a sociální začlenění jsou zásadní pro zjištění efektivity intervenčního programu a individuálního vzdělávacího plánu, který je součástí této práce. Práce využívá metody jako: anamnézu, analýzu dokumentů, rozhovor, testování, pozorování. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že efektivní integraci závisí hlavně na speciálním vzdělávání pedagogů a socializační práci s celým kolektivem třídy. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují na spíše pozitivní dopad na žáka se SVP a ukazuje se, že jeden rok intervenčního programu není dostačující pro objektivní hodnocení efektivního proces integrace.In this diploma thesis I look at the issue of integrating a pupil with morbus Perthes in school physical education at a standard basic school. The issue of successful integration is still a very controversial topic. On one side, the legislative support of integrating pupils with special educational needs in a standard school, on the other hand the unpreparedness of the teaching staff. The objective of the diploma thesis is to analyse selected determinants influencing the integration of a specific pupil with morbus Perthes (CLP) in school physical education. Selected determinants: motorism, emotional responses, lifestyle, and social inclusion are crucial to determining the effectiveness of the intervention program and the individual educational plan that is part of this work. The thesis uses methods such as: anamnesis, document analysis, interview, testing, observation. The research shows that effective integration mainly depends on the special education of teachers and socializing work of the whole class team. The research results show quite a positive impact on a pupil with special education needs but a one-year intervention programme is not enough for an objective evaluation of an effective integration process.
