Bakalářská práce popisuje nově vznikající službu, kterou poskytuje Rodinné a mateřská centrum ve Vsetíně. První část se zaměřuje na objasnění, co jsou asistované a neasistované kontakty, rodinná a mateřská centra. Dále popisuje možný průběh asistovaných a neasistovaných kontaktů v rodinných a mateřských centrech. Poslední kapitola se zabývá případovou studii konkrétních situací v rodinách s probíhající krizí a jejím vyhodnocením pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu.The bachelor thesis depicts an emerging service that is provided by the Family and Parent Centre in Vsetín. The first part focuses on explanation of assisted and non-assisted contacts, and family and parent centres. Further the work describes possible progress of assisted and non-assisted contacts in the scope of family and parent centres. The last chapter deals with with a case study of particular situations in families in ongoing crisis, and its evaluation via qualitative research.
