Diplomová práce se zabývá představením zahraničního screeningového kognitivního testu Parkinson Neuropsyhcometric Dementia Assessment (PANDA) a jeho ověřením v českém sociokulturním prostředí. Teoretická část práce obsahuje tři kapitoly, které pojednávají o Parkinsonově nemoci, logopedické intervenci a deficitu kognitivních funkcí u osob s Parkinsonovou nemocí. Praktická část práce se zabývá popisem testu PANDA, procesem překladu a ověřením testu. Dále se praktická část práce věnuje porovnání výsledků testu PANDA s testem Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE).This thesis deals with the introduction of a foreign screening cognitive test called Parkinson Neuropsychometric Dementia Assessment (PANDA) and its verification in the Czech sociocultural environment. The theoretical part consists of three chapters that describe Parkinson´s disease, logopedic intervention and a deficit of cognitive functions of people with Parkinson´s disease. The practical part deals with a description of the PANDA test, the translation process and test verification. The practical part is further devoted to comparing the PANDA test results to the Mini-Mental State Examination test (MMSE).
