Práce je zaměřena na popis nástroje sociální práce s rodinou případová konference. Je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. Teoretická část charakterizuje rodinu, její formy, funkce a poruchy funkcí, které mohou vést k ohrožení dítěte. Další kapitola podrobně definuje ohrožené dítě, sociálně-právní ochranu dětí a systematickou sociální práci v kontextu zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. Poslední kapitoly charakterizují techniku případových konferencí. Zabývá se historii zavedení případových konferencí v České republice, podrobně je charakterizuje a popisuje účastníky a realizaci případových konferencí, tedy průběh, principy a rizika. Empirická část zkoumá realizaci případových konferencí. Popisuje postoj pracovníků k povinnosti realizovat případové konference, jejich smysl, analyzuje pořádané případové konference a charakterizuje jejich účinnost v samotné praxi prostřednictvím rozhovorů se členy multidisciplinárního týmu, případovými kazuistikami a statistickou analýzou pořádaných případových konferencí.The work is focused on the description of the instrument of social work with a family case conferences. It is divided into five chapters. The theoretical part describes family, its forms, functions and disorders of functions that can lead to child endangerment. Another chapter defines in detail the endangered child, social-legal children protection and systematic social work with family in the context of the law of social-legal children protection. The last chapter describes the technique of case conference. It deals with the history of the introduction of case conferences in the Czech Republic, characterizes them, describes the participants of multidisciplinary team and the realization of case conferences, thus process, principles and risks. The empirical part examines the realization of case conferences. It describes the attitude of staff to obligation of realization of case conferences, their meaning, it analyzes organized case conferences and it characterizes their effectiveness in actual practice through interviews with members of the multidisciplinary team, case casuistics and statistical analysis of realized case conferences.
