Práce je zaměřena na posouzení efektivity využití představy a sledování pohybu ve fyzioterapii na podkladě stávající medicíny založené na důkazech (evidence based medicine). Jsou zde uvedeny základní teoretické podklady, na jejichž základě jsou aplikovány tyto čistě kognitivní procesy do rehabilitační péče v současné době převážně neurologických pacientů. Práce sumarizuje efektivitu této terapie na základě porovnání výsledků dostupných klinických studií v období od roku 2003 do 2015. Souhrnně ze studií vyplývá, že využití imaginace a observace pohybu má, dle výsledků, v rehabilitační praxi jistě své místo. Zároveň se však autoři shodují, že pro generalizaci výsledků efektivity této terapie je zapotřebí množství dalších, rozsáhlejších, více sjednocených a propracovaných studii.This work is aimed at assessing the effectiveness of motor imagery and action observation use in physiotherapy on the basis of evidence based medicine. There is a basic theoretical base on which these strictly cognitive processes are applied to rehabilitation care of currently mainly neurological patients. The work summarizes the effectiveness of this therapy on the basis of a comparison of results from actual clinical trials in period from 2003 to 2015. In summary, according to the results the studies show that the use of motor imagery and action observation is certainly valuable. On the other hand, the authors of the studies agree that for the results generalization of the therapy effectiveness it is necessary to obtain a significant amount of other larger, more unified and elaborated studies.
