Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje oblasti ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s tracheostomií v intenzivní péči. Jejím hlavním cílem je vytvoření přehledové práce, zaměřené na ošetřovatelskou péči o tracheostomii a dýchací cesty pacienta s tracheostomií. Dále se zabývá problematikou komunikace s pacientem s tracheostomií a možnostmi využití specifického komunikačního systému v dorozumívací oblasti pacientů s tracheostomií s ostatními jedinci. Práce tak odráží vymezené a popisované problémy:"Zda pacient s tracheostomií v intenzivní péči vyžaduje specifickou ošetřovatelskou péči a využívá specifický komunikační systém ve vzájemném dorozumívání s ostatními jedinci".The present thesis deals with the nursing care in patients with tracheostomy in intensive care. Its main objective is the creation of survey work, focusing on nursing care of tracheostomy and the patient's airway with a tracheostomy. It also deals with issues of communication with the patient with tracheostomy and possibilities of using specific communication intercom system in the patients with tracheostomy with other individuals. The work reflects the issues identified and discussed: "Whether a patient with a tracheostomy in intensive care nursing requires specific care and use specific communication system in the mutual communication with other individuals".
