Bakalářská práce se zabývá historií sportovního šermu v Olomouci od roku 1921 do roku 2008. Při tvorbě byla použita historiografická metoda. Práce popisuje historický vývoj šermu a poukazuje na důležité skutečnosti spojené se sportovním šermem v Olomouci. Součástí práce jsou tabulky s největšími úspěchy z let 1976 - 1995 a nejvýraznější osobnosti olomouckého šermu. Zdrojem informačních pramenů byly knihy, soukromé paměti a internetové odkazy.This dissertation deals with history of swordsmamship in Olomouc from the years 1921 till the end of the year 2008. For this creation was used a historiographical method. The work describes the historical evolution of swordsmanship and points out important facts relating to sports swordsmanship in Olomouc. The part of this work comprises tables about the greatest achievements from the years 1976 - 1995 and the most distinguished persons of the Olomouc swordsmanship. The information source of this work were books, private memories and internet references.
