Diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním změn mimických funkcí, kvalit denních činností a výskytu synkinéz po cílené orofaciální rehabilitaci u pacientů s parézou nervus facialis. Cílem práce je popsat na základě korelace výsledků SEMG analýzy a klinického vyšetření funkční vztahy mezi stranou paretickou a zdravou. Práce klade důraz na výskyt synkinéz a odhalení rizikových faktorů, které mohou vést ke vzniku těchto patologických souhybů. Výsledky potvrdili pozitivní vliv cílené orofaciální rehabilitace na zlepšení mimických funkcí a kvality denních činností a významný vliv především aberantní regenerace nervu na vznik synkinéz.This diploma thesis deals with the change monitoring of mimic function, disabilities and incidence of synkinesis after aimed orofacial rehabilitation for patients with facial nerve paresis. The porpose of thesis is to desribe functional relations between the paralyzed and non-paralyzed side on the basis of results correlation of SEMG analyse and clinical examination. The thesis focused on the incidence of synkinesis and detection risks factors, which can lead to development of this pathological associated movements. The results confirm positive impact of aimed orofacial rehabilitation to mimic function and disability improvement and important impact especially aberrant regeneration of nerve to development of synkinesis.
