Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit míru znalostí radiologických asistentů o technických aspektech CT vyšetření. Teoretická část předkládá přehled základních technických parametrů CT vyšetření, charakterizuje jejich vliv na kvalitu zobrazení a na radiační zátěž vyšetření. Dále pojednává o roli radiologických asistentů v otázce CT diagnostiky. Výzkumné šetření bylo provedeno způsobem kvantitativního výzkumu aplikací průřezové dotazníkové studie. Pro sběr dat byl využit již aplikovaný dotazník přeložený z angličtiny do češtiny a následně byl dotazník modifikován. Celkem se dotazníkového šetření zúčastnilo 79 radiologických asistentů. Míra znalostí radiologických asistentů byla charakterizována hodnou Skóre. Pomocí metod statistické analýzy byla popsána míra znalostí respondentů jako odpovídající normálnímu rozdělení. Zároveň nebyl prokázán vliv žádného z předpokládaných determinantů na míru vědomostí respondentů.The objective of the master's thesis is to assess the extent of knowledge of radiological assistants about technical aspects of CT examination. The theoretical part of the thesis submits a summary of fundamental technical parameters of CT examination, and it characterizes their impact on the image quality and on the dose. Furthermore, it deals with a role of radiological assistants in terms of CT diagnosing. A quantitative cross-sectional study design with a questionnaire survey was used to accomplish the research. Data was gathered by already applied questionnaire which was translated from English into Czech and then modified. Overall, 79 radiological assistants participated in the survey. The extend of knowledge of radiological assistants was characterized by the Score value. Statistical methods described the extend of responders' knowledge as matching the normal distribution. Simultaneously, no leverage of the presumed determinants was proved.
