Tato bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku vrozené epiphory. V první části je popsaná anatomie, embryologie a fyziologie slzného aparátu. Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámit čtenáře s vrozenou neprůchodnosti slzných cest, příčinami, příznaky a rizikovými faktory této poruchy. Druhá část je zaměřena na vyšetření slzení u novorozenců a léčbu vrozené epiphory.This bachelor thesis describes the issue of congenital epiphora. First part describes the anatomy, embryology, and physiology of the lacrimal apparatus. The aim of this work is to acquaint the reader with the congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction, causes, symptoms, and risk factors of this disorder. The second part is focused on the examination of lacrimation in newborns and the treatment of congenital epiphora.
