Tato diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečností fotbalových utkání na Městském stadionu Ostrava - Vítkovice v roce 2017 a 2018. V teoretické části nejdříve popisuje související legislativní normy a spolupráci všech subjektů podílejících se na zajištění bezpečnosti ochrany osob a majetku. Zvláště řeší dohodu Fotbalové asociace České republiky, Ligové fotbalové asociace a Policie České republiky a pojednává o fotbalu z hlediska bezpečnostních hrozeb. Dále představuje samotný Městský Stadion Ostrava - Vítkovice, jednotlivé domácí fotbalové kluby MFK Vítkovice a FC Baník Ostrava. Praktická část zahrnuje strukturované interview se zástupci zapojených stran a vyhodnocuje bezpečnostní aspekty jednotlivých fotbalových utkání v letech 2017 - 2018 na stadionu. Součástí praktické části jsou také dvě případové studie analyzující případný postup Policie České republiky při uplatnění náhrady vynaložených nákladů. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou zde pak navržena konkrétní doporučení.This diploma thesis deals with the security of football matches at the City stadium of Ostrava - Vítkovice in 2017 and 2018. In the theoretical part, it first describes the related legislative standards and cooperation of all subjects involved in ensuring the safety of protection of persons and property. In particular, it deals with the agreement of the Football Association of the Czech Republic, the League Football Association and the Police of the Czech Republic and discusses football in terms of security threats. It also presents the City stadium of Ostrava - Vítkovice itself and individual home football clubs MFK Vítkovice and FC Baník Ostrava. The practical part includes a structured interview with representatives of the involved parties and evaluates the security aspects of individual football matches in the years 2017 and 2018 at the stadium. The practical part also includes two case studies analyzing the possible procedure of the Police of the Czech Republic in claiming the reimbursement of costs. Based on the findings, specific recommendations are suggested.
