Identifikace sporného autorství ve forenzní lingvistice [rukopis] / Battseren Baterdene. -- 2019. -- 83 s. + 1 CD ROM. -- Ved. práce Dan Faltýnek. -- Oponent Vladimír Matlach. -- Abstrakt: Tato magisterská diplomová práce je zaměřena na identifikaci sporného textu prostřednictvím fiktivního případu. Na základě analýzy textů a její následné komparace s textem srovnávacím, zjistíme charakteristické rysy obou autorů. Dále se pak snažíme určit, zda se jedná o jednoho a toho samého autora jak textu srovnávacího, tak i textu sporného. K analýze využijeme poznatků z oblasti forenzní lingvistiky, která klade důraz na text z jednotlivých jazykových rovin. Při identifikaci textu se zaměříme na takové charakteristické rysy, které jsou relativně stabilní, podvědomé a zautomatizované. Cílem práce je potvrdit či zamítnout hypotézu, že autorem sporného textu je jiná osoba než autor u textu srovnávacího. V rámci samotné analýzy využijeme metody kvalitativní a kvantitativní. Zaměříme se především na takové jazykové výrazy, které se v oblasti určování autorství nejčastěji řeší a které nám také byly doporučeny přední představitelkou v oboru jazyková expertiza. Jedná se o výskyt a způsob užití interpunkčních znamének, rozvitost vět a jejich struktura, zastoupení synonymních prostředků, slovních druhů, větná stavba, grafické uspořádání atd. Výsledné hodnoty jsou poté klasifikovány podle stupně pravděpodobnosti využívané v jazykové expertize psaných textů.. -- Abstrakt: The master's thesis focuses on identification of disputed text through a fictional case. Based on the analysis of the texts and comparison with the comparative text, we will find out characteristic features of both authors. The aim of the thesis is to determine if the author of disputed text is also the author of comparative text. We will use the knowledge of forensic linguistics which determines text from different linguistic levels. When identifying the text, we will focus on the characteristic features that are relatively stable, subconscious and automated. The aim of the thesis is to confirm or reject the hypothesis that the author of the disputed text is not the same person than the author of the comparative text. Within the analysis itself, we will use qualitative and quantitative methods. We will focus mainly focus on language expressions that are most often solved in the field of determining authorship and which have also been recommended by a leading representative in the field of language expertise. These are the occurrence and the way of using punctuation marks, sentence composition, representation of synonyms, parts of written speech, graphic layout, etc. The results will be classified according to the degree of probability used in language expertise of written texts.
