Diplomová práce je zaměřena na českou prózu iniciačního žánru počátku 20. století. Cílem práce je popsat a zhodnotit motivy duchovní cesty, které jsou v dílech obsažené, zjistit jejich vztah k autorům, vlivy předchozí i soudobé literatury a prostřednictvím rozboru vyložit jejich spojitost s archetypálními symboly starověkých mýtů a středověkých románů o Svatém grálu.The dissertation is focused on the Czech prose of the initiation genre of the beginning of the 20th century. The aim of the dissertation is to describe and evaluate the motives of the spiritual path, which are contained in the works, to find out their relation to the authors, influences of the previous and contemporary literature, and to analyze their connection with the archetypal symbols of the ancient myths and medieval novels of the Holy Grail.
