Tato diplomová práce popisuje a zkoumá specifika mezigeneračních vztahů v rodinách s dítětem se zdravotním postižením. Obsahuje část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje kapitoly, které přibližují čtenáři tématiku, jsou to kapitoly: rodina, rodiče, prarodiče a sourozenci dítěte s postižením, mezigenerační vztah v rodině s dítětem s postižením, podpora rodina, kvalita života pečujících osob a kombinované postižení. Výzkum byl realizován se sedmi rodinami a jejich jednotlivými členy - rodiče, nevlastní rodiče, sourozenci, prarodiče dítěte s postižením. Výzkumu se účastnilo dohromady 21 osob. Jedná se o kvalitativní výzkum. Data byla získaná pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory s rodiči byly následně zpracovány metodou zakotvené teorie. Rozhovory s ostatními členy rodiny (sourozenci, prarodiče) byly vyhodnoceny metodou prostého výčtu. Výpovědi rodin byly dále porovnávány. Z výsledků vyplývá, že specifické vztahy vznikají zejména mezi rodiči a prarodiči dítěte s postižením, jako důsledek náročné péče o dítě a vysokému očekávání od rodičů dítěte vzhledem k prarodičům a jejich podílu na péči. Potřeba větší podpory od prarodičů vyplývá zejména z časové i fyzické náročnosti péče o dítě a celkově vážnější situací v rodině.This thesis describes and examines the specifics of intergenerational relationships in families with a child with disabilities. It contains a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part contains chapters that bring the reader closer to the topic, the chapters are: family, parents, grandparents and siblings of a child with disabilities, intergenerational relationships in a family with a child with disabilities, family support, quality of life of carers, combined disability. The research was conducted with seven families and their individual members - parents, step-parents, siblings and grandparents of a child with a disability. 21 people participated in the research. It is a qualitative research. Data was obtained using a semi-structured interview. The interviews with the parents were subsequently processed using the grounded theory method. Interviews with other family members (siblings, grandparents) were evaluated by the simple enumeration method. Family testimonies were further compared. The results show that a specific relationship arises especially between parents and grandparents of a child with disabilities, as a result of demanding child care and high expectations of the child's parents in relation to the grandparents and their share in care. The need for greater support from grandparents results mainly from the time and physical demands of childcare and generally of more serious situation in the family.
