Das erforschte Material sind die Definitionen und Erklärungen in den deutschen und tschechischen phraseologischen, etymologischen und Bedeutungswörterbüchern, Aussprüche, Phraseme und Sprichwörter. Das Sprachbild der Frau wird im ganzen Wortfeld Frau untersucht.. -- Abstrakt: The presented thesis deals with the linguistic picture of woman in the German and Czech dictionaries. The rules of cognitive linguistic are as the theoretical basis used. The researched material are the definitions and the explanations in the German and Czech phraseological, etymological and interpretative dictionaries, quotations, phrasal idioms and proverbs. The linguistic picture of woman is researched in the whole word field.
