(153 402). -- Oponent Eleonora Smékalová. -- Ved. práce Veronika Kavenská. -- Abstrakt: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá názorem pedagogů na dopady práce školního psychologa. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda pedagogové považují za přínos zavedení školního psychologa a jaká vnímají negativa a pozitiva v souvislosti s jeho působením. Výběrový soubor zahrnuje 27 pedagogů ze sedmi škol olomouckého kraje, s kterými bylo provedeno polostrukturované interview o jejich pohledu na dopady práce školního psychologa. Metodou obsahové analýzy dat bylo zjištěno, že pedagogové zavedení školního psychologa za přínos považují. Mezi hlavními pozitivy pedagogové uvádí pro žáky možnost řešit své osobní problémy, práci s kolektivy a okamžité řešení problémů, pro pedagogy pomoc v řešení problémů žáků a tříd, práci s kolektivy a vědomí, že se mají na koho obrátit. Negativa zahrnují tendence žáků zneužívat možnosti návštěvy psychologa, případně absenci zpětné vazby. Do budoucna by bylo dobré zkoumat dopady práce školního psychologa z perspektivy dalších subjektů školy.. -- Abstrakt: The master?s thesis deals with the opinion of teachers on the impact of the work of school psychologists. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the teachers consider the introduction of school psychologists of value, and what they believe to be the advantages and disadvantages of their work. The set of participants comprises of 27 teachers from seven schools in the Olomouc Region. Using the semi-structured interview, they were asked about their attitudes towards the work of school psychologists and its impact. The content analysis of the data showed that the teachers consider the introduction of school psychologists beneficial. According to the teachers, there are several important advantages brought by the school psychologists. For the pupils, they present an opportunity to work out their personal problems, to focus on group work and to solve emerging problems right away. As the main contribution to their own work, the teachers see the help with dealing with the problems of the pupils and classes, the group work and that they can rest assured they always have a person to go to. On the other hand, the disadvantages are the tendency of some pupils to trespass on the possibility to see the school psychologist and eventually missing feedback. The future research could focus on the attitudes of other school employees and officials towards the impact of the work of school psychologists.
