Ve své diplomové práci na téma:,, Neplatnost a neexistence manželství" se zabývám charakteristikou a historickým vývojem tohoto institutu, důvody jeho existence, jeho procesním aspektem, jakož i navrhovanou právní úpravou v budoucnu. Zaměřuji se také na aktuální problematiku neplatnosti a neexistence registrovaného partnerství a otázku práva na uzavření manželství transsexuálních osob, které s institutem neplatnosti a neexistence manželství bezesporu souvisejí. V neposlední řadě zde zpracovávám komparaci tohoto institutu s německou právní úpravou.In my diploma thesis:,, Void and voidable marriage" I focus on the characterization of this problem, its historical development, reasons for its existence, their procedural aspects, as well as on the new private legal bill and its affects on the current legislation. I also concentrate on topical issues of nullity and absence of a registered partnership, question of right to transsexual marriages, which definitely relates to the topic of nullity and absence of a marriage. At last but not the least I deal with comparison of this problem with the German legislation.
