Záverečná bakalárska práca je venovaná problematike pracovnej motivácie na obecnom úrade. Cieľom práce je poukázať na faktory pracovnej motivácie, ich hierarchickú štruktúru, determináciu objektívnymi spoločensko-ekonomickými príčinami a určiť motivačné preferencie zamestnancov obecného úradu tak, aby slúžili ako základ pre manuál motivačného programu. Vzťah človeka k práci nám priblíži motivačný profil a bližšie špecifikovanie motivačných faktorov nám lepšie pomôže pochopiť podklady, na základe ktorých bol vytvorený dotazník hierarchie motivačných faktorov. Vyhodnotením dotazníka potvrdíme, resp. vyvrátime stanovenú hypotézu a na základe jeho výsledkov sa pokúsime vytvoriť východiská motivačného programu.The final bachelor thesis is dealing with the issue of work motivation at the municipal authority. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the factors of work motivation, their hierarchical structure, determination by objective socio - economical causes and to determine motivative preferences of employees of the municipal authority in such a way, that they would serve as the basis for the manual of motivation program. The motivation profile clarifies us the relationship of a person to the work and narrower specification of motivation factors helps us to understand the backround information, on which the questionnaire of hierarchy of motivation factors was created. By the evaluation of the questionnaire we can confirm or reject the hypothesis and based on results of it we try to create the starting points ot the motivation program.
