Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou etnických menšin a kulturních rozdílů mezi nimi, v rámci práce Policie ČR. Pro prozkoumání tohoto tématu je využito odborné literatury, legislativních a dalších zdrojů. Zabývá se obecnou problematikou multikulturalismu, vývojem právního postavení etnických menšin, praktickou činností Policie ČR a jejich základních útvarů v této oblasti, s cílem zvýšení informovanosti policistů a ostatních obyvatel ČR.The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of ethnic minority groups and the cultural differences among them, within the frame of work of the Police of the Czech Republic. The professional literature, legislative and other sources are used for exploring of this theme. It deals with the general problems of the multiculturalism, development of the legal status of ethnic minority groups, the practical work of the Police of the Czech Republic and the basic police units in this sphere, with the aim of increasing awareness of policemen and other residents of the Czech Republic.
