Cílem práce je shrnout problematiku pozdních změn po radioterapii nemocných s karcinomem prostaty. Výsledkem teoretické části práce je shrnutí obecných poznatků o karcinomu prostaty, léčebných postupech a procesu plánování před ozařováním. Výsledkem praktické části je statistické vyhodnocení souboru pacientů ozařovaných na Onkologické klinice FN Olomouc pro karcinom prostaty v období 2006?2007.This thesis aims to summarize the issue of late changes after radiotherapy in patients with prostate cancer. The result of the theoretical part is a summary of general knowledge about prostate cancer treatments and the planning process prior to irradiation. The result is a practical part of the statistical evaluation of patients irradiated in the Oncology Clinic, University Hospital for prostate cancer in the period 2006 ? 2007.
