Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi rehabilitační léčby dušnosti různé etiologie. Podává ucelený pohled na dušnost, jakožto společný symptom mnoha onemocnění, ale především poukazuje na specifika terapie dušnosti u jednotlivých onemocnění. V práci jsou shrnuty základní patofyziologické poznatky o dané problematice. Jsou zde rozebrány různé vyšetřovací postupy a metody kvantifikace i kvalifikace dušnosti. V práci jsou uvedena jednotlivá onemocnění provázená dušností, především z oblastí pneumologie, kardiologie, neurologie, ortopedie a onkologie. Speciální část se věnuje léčbě dušnosti, a to jak z pohledu lékaře, tak z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Postupy fyzioterapie jsou dle charakteru příčiny dušnosti rozděleny do několika základních oblastí. Léčebný efekt těchto metod při jejich aplikaci u daného onemocnění je podložen poznatky ze zahraničních i českých studií. Součástí práce je také kazuistika.This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of rehabilitation treatment of dyspnea of varying etiology. It provides a comprehensive view on dyspnea as a common symptom of many illnesses and, more importantly, it also points to the specifics of therapy of dyspnea in various illnesses. The thesis summarizes the basic pathophysiological knowledge of the given problem. Also analyzed are various examination procedures as well as methods of quantification and qualification of dyspnea. There are accounts of individual illnesses accompanied with dyspnea, especially illnesses from the fields of pulmonology, cardiology, neurology, orthopedics and oncology. A special part of the thesis deals with treatment of dyspnea both from the point of view of the physician and from the stand point of the physical therapist. The procedures of physical therapy are divided according to the character of the cause of dyspnea into several basic categories. The therapeutic effect of these methods in their application in the given illness is based on knowledge from foreign as well as Czech studies. Also a part of the thesis is a case study.
