Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vzdělávání a rozvoji poradců pro finanční plánování ve společnosti ING. Cílem této práce je analýza systému vzdělávání a rozvoje poradců pro finanční plánování v ING a navrţení případných doporučení ke zlepšení. Je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část se zabývá teorií vzdělávání a rozvoje dospělých a představením společnosti ING. Druhá část se věnuje systematickému vzdělávání, a to jak obecně, tak konkrétně ve společnosti ING, a analýze tohoto systému. Závěrečná část vychází z analýzy systému vzdělávání a rozvoje v ING. Zde jsou popsány rozdíly mezi teorií a praxí, na jejichţ základě byly doporučeny návrhy ke zlepšení fungování systému vzdělávání.The dissertation is devoted to the method of corporate training and developement of financial consultants in Company ING N.V. in Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the dissertation includes the basic figures of the company, manage and method of the corporate trainning. The method of the education is splited into the following phases:identification of trainning needs, planning of the education, implementation and rating of the education.. The point of the dissertation is to find the suggestions and references to improve the employee`s eduction. On the basis of comparison of the facts with theoretic findings are defined absences and suggested their eliminations, which may contribute increasing efficiency of the educational and developing activities in the firm.
