Cílem této diplomové práce bylo poukázat na problematiku poranění vazivového aparátu hlezna, vznik jeho instability a zároveň do jaké míry lze ovlivnit posturální chování pacientů s touto diagnózou po aplikaci reflexní terapie a akupunktury. Pro tyto účely byl zkoumán soubor 20 pacientů s prokazatelnou distorzí hlezna. Jejich posturální reakce jsme hodnotili před terapií a následně hodinu po ní. K hodnocení efektu terapie byly použity posturografické testy v kombinaci s dotazníkem. Výsledky odhalily statisticky významné změny. Na podkladě těchto výsledků usuzujeme, že reflexní terapie plosky a akupunktura mají pozitivní vliv na posturální reakce u pacientů po distorzi hlezna.The aim of this thesis was to draw the problems of the ankle ligamentous system injury, the ankle instability formation and to point out, how much reflex therapy and acupuncture can influence the postural reactions of the patients with the ankle instability. For this purpose twenty patients with the provadle distorsion of ankle were examined. We evaluated their postural reaction before the therapy and one hour later. There were used the posturographic tests and the questionnaire to assess the effect of the therapy. The results showed statistically significant changes. We conclude, that reflex therapy and acupuncture have positive effect on the postural reactions of the patiens with the ankle instability
