Práce je zaměřena na zjištění, zda se změní posturální chování diabetiků, pokud nosí ortopedickou stélku. Obecně je zde popsán diabetes mellitus, diabetická neuropatie, diabetická noha a posturální stabilita. V rámci vlastního výzkumu je zhodnocen rozdíl v posturálním chování mezi diabetiky a zdravými jedinci a také mezi diabetiky bez a s ortopedickou stélkou.The work is aimed for detection of modifications of postural behaviour by persons with diabetic polyneuropathy while using orthopedic insole. Generally, there is described diabetes mellitus, diabetic neuropathy, diabetic foot and postural stability. In the context of his own research is assessed difference in postural behaviour between diabetics and healthy individuals as well as between diabetics without and with orthopedic insoles.
