Cílem diplomové práce Poezie Víta Slívy je strukturní analýza a interpretace jeho básnické sbírky Bubnování na sudy. Práce se snaží odhalit, v čem spočívají umělecké kvality sbírky. Rozebírá proto jednotlivé vrstvy sbírky s poukazem na prvky, které v nich dominují. Předmětem analýzy je stylové rozlišení, zvuková vrstva, kompoziční rovina a motivicko-tematická vrstva. Metodologický rámec práce tvoří strukturalistický přístup. Na místo výčtu nesouvisejících postřehů o díle tedy práce nahlíží řečenou strukturu díla v její celistvosti s cílem dokázat domněnku, že významotvornou intencí, která určuje výslednou podobu sbírky Bubnování na sudy, je střet protikladných pohybů a energií, projevující se ve sbírce na všech úrovních.The aim of the thesis The Poetry of Vít Slíva is the structural analysis and interpretation of his collection of poems Bubnování na sudy. The thesis shows what are the artistic qualities of the collection. For that reason, the thesis analyzes the dominant constituent elements of the collection of poems. The analysis focuses on style differentiation, level of sound, level of composition and level of themes and motifs. Methodological frame of the thesis is based on the structuralist approach. Instead of enumerating the fragmentary facts about the collection, the thesis takes a look at the literary structure in its completeness. The thesis tries to prove its hypothesis that the semantic intention determining the final form of the collection Bubnování na sudy is a conflict of opposing movements and energies appearing on all levels.
