Bakalářská práce se zabývá moderním americkým filmovým herectvím, které se postupně formuje v 50. letech 20. století v Actor´s Studiu v New Yorku. Popisuje vývojové tendence moderního filmového herectví a hereckou Metodu Lee Strasberga, která vznikla modifikací Stanislavského Systému. Herecké metody a techniky byly dále aplikovány na příkladu herce Marlona Branda a jeho rolích ve filmech Tramvaj do stanice Touha a V přístavu.This Bachelor´s Thesis concerns with the modern american film acting which has it´s origin in the 1950´s at the Actors Studio, NY.It describes the development tendency of the modern film acting and the acting Method of Lee Strasberg, based on the innovations of Constantin Stanislavsky an his System. The acting methods of Actors Studio will be applied on the example of Marlon Brando in the films A Streetcar Named Desire and On the Waterfront.
