Tato práce se zabývá ověřením výskytu vybraných vzácných a ohrožených druhů cévnatých rostlin, porovnáním získaných a historických údajů a využitím floristických databází a s nimi spojenými problémy. Z databáze Pladias jsem získal seznam druhů a polohu jejich lokalit v rámci zkoumaného území. Následně jsem v terénu ověřil, jestli se uváděné druhy na daných lokalitách stále vyskytují, či ne. Z provedeného terénního výzkumu jsem zjistil, že na většině uváděných lokalit pravděpodobně došlo k zániku populací uváděných rostlinných druhů, a to i v případech, kdy nedošlo k viditelné změně podmínek prostředí, která by výskyt daných druhů omezovala či znemožňovala. Značný rozdíl mezi množstvím lokalit uváděných v databázi Pladias, které jsem ověřoval, a množstvím lokalit, na kterých jsem skutečně potvrdil pokračující výskyt uváděných druhů, pak potvrzuje potřebu ověřování informací uváděných ve floristických databázích.This thesis deals with the verification of the occurrence of selected rare and endangered vascular plant species, the comparison of obtained and historical data and the use of floristic databases and related problems. From the Pladias database, I obtained a list of species and the location of their sites within the investigated area. Subsequently, I checked in the field whether the mentioned species still occurs in the locality or not. During the field research, I have found that populations of the reported plant species have probably disappeared on most of the mentioned sites, even in cases where there has been no visible change in the environmental conditions that would limit or prevent the occurrence of these species. The considerable difference between the number of sites listed in the Pladias database that I verified and the number of sites where I actually confirmed the continued occurrence of the reported species confirms the need to verify the information provided in floristic databases.
