Cílem práce je zjistit s jakými nedostatky se v jednotlivých fázích výběru zaměstnanců v organizaci setkáváme. Teoretická část se venuje vymezení základních pojmů vztahujících se k cíli práce. Následná metodologická část se zabývá vymezením výzkumného designu a výzkumných otázek, dále výběrem zdrojů dat, metod tvorby dat, popisem tvorby dat a limitům výzkumu. V závěru metodologické části se věnuji etickým zásadám při výzkumu. Ve výzkumné části práce nejdříve stručně představuji zkoumanou organizaci a následně se věnuji analýze dat a jejich interpretaci. V závěru práce shrnuji výsledky výzkumu a navrhuji andragogická řešení zjištěných problémů.. -- Abstrakt: This master's thesis is about the selection of employees in an organization. The aim of the work is to find out what difficulties we encounter in individual phases of selection of employees in the organization. The theoretical part deals with the definition of basic concepts related to the goal of the work. The following methodological part deals with the definition of research design and research questions, as well as the selection of data sources, data creation methods, description of data creation and limits of research. The last methodological part describes ethical principles in research. In research part of the work, I first briefly introduce the researched organization and then deal with the analysis of data and their interpretation. In the conclusion, I summarize the results of the research and I also propose andragogical solutions to the identified problems.
