Bakalářská práce shrnuje dostupné informace o metodě Blood Flow Restriction a jejím možném využití ve fyzioterapii. V úvodu práce je popsána anatomie, neurofyziologie a částečně patologie svalového systému jenž s metodou BFR souvisí. Další část práce se poté věnuje mechanismům účinků metody, indikacím metody, kontraindikacím, pomůckám potřebným pro realizaci metody a výhodám a nevýhodám metody BFR.This bachelor's thesis summarises available information on the Blood Flow Restriction method and its potential use in physiotherapy. The introduction to this work describes the anatomy, neurophysiology and partial pathology of the muscular system related to the BFR method. The next part of this paper is devoted to the mechanism of the effects of this method, indication methods and contraindication aids necessary for realisation of the method, and the advantages and disadvantages of the BFR method.
