Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem deprese a její léčby. V textu jsou popsány příčiny, projevy a druhy depresí. Dále jsou uvedeny dotazníky, jež se používají k diagnostice deprese. Jsou zmíněny různé typy léčby včetně farmakoterapie, psychoterapie, fototerapie, elektrokonvulzivní léčby a repetitivní transkraniální magnetické stimulace (rTMS). Následuje kapitola o pohybové léčbě, která zahrnuje doporučení o vhodných aktivitách, délce a intenzitě fyzické aktivity. Text popisuje pohybové možnosti u jednotlivých věkových kategorií, vliv pohybu na kognitivní funkce a relaxační cvičení u depresivních pacientů. Na závěr bakalářské práce je zpracována kazuistika pacienta s Parkinsonovou chorobou.This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of depression and its treatment. The text describes the causes, symptoms and types of depression. The part of the thesis are also the quastionnares used to diagnose depression. There are mentioned various types of treatment, including the use of antidepressants, psychotherapy, phototherapy, electroconvulsive therapy and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS). The following chapter is about physical therapy, which includes recommendations to appropriate activities, duration and intensity of physical activity. The text describes kinetic possibilities of different age categories, influence of movement on cognitive functions and relaxation exercises of depressive patients. At the end of the bachelor thesis there is a case report of a patient with Parkinson's disease.
