Bakalářská práce s názvem "Cochemský model v praxi okresního soudu" zjišťuje, zda je Cochemský model aktivně využíván Okresním soudem v Ostravě. V práci je definován pojem Cochemská praxe a interdisciplinární spolupráce. V teoretické části jsou dále vysvětleny funkce, práva a povinnosti možných účastníků. Pro výzkumnou část práce je zvolena kvalitativní metoda výzkumu, realizována pomocí polostruktrovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumná část je orientovaná na soudce opatrovnického oddělení Okresního soudu v Ostravě a jejich užívání metody Cochemského modelu ve své soudní praxi. V závěru jsou shrnuty hlavní zjištění výzkumu.This bachelor thesis with the title "Cochem Model in the Practice of a District Court" aims to find out whether the Cochem model is actively used by the District Court in Ostrava. The thesis defines the concepts of Cochem practice and interdisciplinary cooperation. The theoretical part further explains the functions, rights and obligations of potential participants. A qualitative research method is chosen for the theoretical part of the work, realized by means of a semi-structured interview. The research part is focused on judges of the guardianship department of the District Court in Ostrava and their use of the Cochem model method in their judicial practice. The conclusion summarizes the main findings of the research.
